The Evil Deeds and Criminal Acts that Make Us Boil with Anger

The government of Sikou County, Qixia City, Shandong Province has adopted contemptible means to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners who persist in their belief. Their criminal acts make us boil with anger.

The government of Sikou County used the money earned by the toil of the taxpayers to hire a gang of ruffians from elsewhere, and provides them with food and drinks. These hired thugs adopted different means of torture towards different Dafa practitioners according to the so-called "extent of transformation." They ceaselessly beat and cursed the practitioners more than 20 hours a day. After some practitioners were beaten with bamboo sticks, long pieces of bamboo could be removed from their bloody wounds. In midsummer, practitioners were forced to stand barefoot on the cement floor of over 40 degrees Centigrade (104 degrees Fahrenheit), and to be exposed to the burning sun for several hours. In addition, in the County government compound, the thugs stripped the female practitioners, leaving only their underwear, and forced them to run in the compound, carrying bicycles on their shoulders. Those stripped practitioners were locked up together at night. One male and one female confined to each separate cell. Under the instigation of those corrupt officials, these evil people humiliated and tortured Dafa practitioners by using such vicious and contemptible means. They have completely lost the basic conscience and humanity, and are even more brutish than beasts. Their evil motives go without saying.

Recently, Qixia Public Security Bureau has arrested Dafa practitioners recklessly. 30~40 practitioners have been arrested and sent to detention centers. Their relatives, without any exception, are not allowed to visit them. Some practitioners have been secretly transferred to other places. Practitioners, whose whereabouts remain unknown, are:

Wang Guihai, from Nanhenggou Village, Sikou County;

Wang Zhiyou, from Yejiabu Village, Qixia County;

Cui Yongjie, from Sujiadian;

Mu Xuhui, a retired and outstanding teacher;

Mu Guiqin, from the cotton mill;

Zhan Meilan, from Nanhenggou Village, Sikou County.
