Asia Pacific Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Conference Concluded Successfully

[ClearWisdom Net] The Asia Pacific Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Conference held in the stadium of Taiwan National Normal University concluded at noon on December 24th.

More than 2,000 people attended the second day of the conference, and practitioners from Australia, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, and Taiwan presented their speeches. Among the speakers, one pair of brothers from elementary school presented, followed by another pair of brothers from high school.

In the afternoon, an estimated five to seven thousand practitioners from 19 different countries and regions of five continents, including practitioners from 17 cities and towns across the island of Taiwan, participated in a peaceful parade. The parade was decorated by colorful banners, flags and balloons, and stretched over several kilometers, passing the busiest streets in downtown Taipei City. The parade attracted many pedestrians who were doing Christmas shopping, as well as tourists and local residents.

Practitioners demonstrated the exercises on a moving truck, as well as handed out "Falun Dafa - Zhen Shan Ren" balloons to all the children along the way. Several thousand flyers in Chinese and English were distributed to interested passersby. The local media gave full coverage to the parade on video and in print.

For the two days following the conference and parade, practitioners from Taiwan and overseas will take part in group discussions and study at local hotels.
