Meeting some fellow practitioners, I heard some words from the bottom of their hearts, "I won't be scared to go to Beijing. I won't be scared to get arrested, but I would be scared of failing to endure the tortures and writing the statement of repentance. It would be better to just stay at home. At least I would not stumble". It made me think the issue over and over.
We were like the children far away from the Mother for too long, and had kept looking around for endless years. What were we looking for? We were looking for our Mother. Now our Mother came to take us back home. Our Mother looks after us on our way home. What a long descent and countless reincarnations. Gone for years without our Mother. What are we scared of with our Mother here?
We were like the children far from home who had gotten lost long ago and had been looking around in the deep forest without daylight. What were we looking for? We were looking for a way home. Now the Mother is taking us back home. The Mother has endured all hardships to stretch out the road beneath our feet. Should we be stripped just by a piece of small clod?
We were like seedlings in expectation. What were we expecting? We were expecting a timely rainfall. The long waiting and long expectation is over. Now 'Buddha-light illuminates everywhere' and the timely rainfall has come. We have been immersed in sunshine and dew. There might still be some frost, but what are we scared of?
In the vast universe and in the history of human development, we were seeking in the darkness. We were seeking after Fa, Tao, and light through life by life. Now right before us is the light. There is a transient darkness before the dawn, but what can stop our footsteps running toward the light?
We were struggling in the sea of fire, waiting and waiting, waiting for the benefactor who would save our life. Now he comes. We have been out of the abyss of suffering. It is all gone for those endless strugglings and overwhelming bitterness. What would be suffering more than inducing karma and redeeming karma in the maze?
Now, we are as 'Senior Arhats in the world, Ghosts and immortals are fearful'. We believe this to be fundamental of the whole universe and innumerable celestial bodies -- 'Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance'. What else can be comparable with Buddha's Fa? What else can make us, the gods that have obtained the universal Dafa, fearful? Of cause, some fellow practitioners failed to endure suffering and wrote a statement of repentance. But is it an ordeal for us? Isn't it so that there are more fellow practitioners that have persevered?
Our fellow practitioners, do you still remember that Huike of Zen Buddhism lost an arm in search of the Dharma? Do you remember that Milerepa tried to commit suicide in bitterness several times? Do you remember Tang monk and his disciples went through eighty-one tribulations? But now our Master has offered the universal Dafa at our doorstep, and has born more than half of the karma for us. Just examine your conscience on the path of cultivation, what have we really born? The days without the Mother are over. The endless winter is over. The miserable bitterness is over. The long night is over. Fa is rectifying the celestial bodies. Fa is rectifying the universe. Fa is rectifying the world. What else can stop human beings in looking forward to search for the truth! What else can stop our yearning as a volcanic eruption that has been held so long at the bottom of our heart! What else can stop out footsteps to return to our original true self and to rise to higher levels in an entirety! What else can stop the historic wheels of rectifying Fa?!
