On the morning of November 2, a lot of people gathered at the Stockholm City Library. They were waiting for the exhibition "The truth of Falun Gong" to open. At 10:00a.m, Brigitta Rydell, an education official of the Swedish government, delivered an opening speech. She warmly welcomed the opening of the picture exhibition and condemned with the force of justice the savage acts of the Chinese government (Jiang Zemin, etc) in suppressing Falun Gong. Upon her suggestion, all visitors observed three minutes of silence for those Falun Gong practitioners who were persecuted to death.
After the opening ceremony, Falun Gong practitioners wearing yellow T-shirts practiced and did Hong Fa at one side of the exhibition hall. A continuous stream of visitors came to the exhibition. The whole exhibition scene was an atmosphere of serenity and peace. This picture exhibition will last almost five weeks, ending on December 3.
