A Letter to All Committee Members of the Chinese Communist Party Central Political Bureau

Greetings to all the honorable leaders of the Chinese Communist Party Political Bureau: After Jiang Zemin's desperate crimes in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners were exposed, he has been generally recognized by world public opinion as the last and biggest dictator now left in the modern world. His name has also become synonymous with words like "lies" and "shamelessness." During his talk with Mr. Wallace, a program host of a prominent news show on CBS TV, Jiang Zemin lied to the world viewers by stating, "There won't be any decision [from the central government] unless all standing committee members agree." Then what about the fact that he secretly used over 100 million dollars of the government budget to purchase a special airplane for private use? Has this decision been unanimously passed in any Political Committee meeting? Lies will always turn out to be lies. When Jiang Zemin deals with the issue of Falun Gong practitioners and their peaceful process of appealing to the central government, he places his personal privilege over the country's constitution. He directly goes into battle against them and commits wrongdoings at will. Such actions by him are clear evidence that you, the committee members, have never supported his position as party leader. The eyes of the people of the world see clearly. The current bitter facts are that Jiang Zemin has completely destroyed the constraint structure of the government's power that the Chinese Constitution stipulates, and that human rights and citizens' freedoms that are protected by the Constitution are seriously violated and almost entirely unrecognized. The powers of the people's public security, prosecutorial and legal systems have been seized by Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinhong and Luo Gan, etc and turned into the tools with which to carry out Fascist governance on innocent and kind Falun Gong practitioners. When bloody pictures showing how Falun Gong practitioners are brutally beaten are brought to light one after another around the world, when more and more facts of the Fascist brutality which Falun Gong practitioners have received in Chinese prisons and detention centers are exposed, every overseas Chinese person having some conscience greatly feel righteous indignation and deep grief! The People's Republic of China that was founded at the cost of the blood and lives of numerous martyrs, is being ruined to such an extent by a few bad people like Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinhong, and Luo Gan, etc. Honorable leaders, please examine your own conscience; how can you just ignore this? Falun Gong practitioners have won extensive understanding, sympathy and support worldwide. Various governments and people of the world all condemn the crackdown and appeal to the Chinese government to stop persecuting and banning Falun Gong. Like the old saying goes, "Spectators see the game better." The facts in the past year have shown, that the actions of the kind Falun Gong practitioners are sincere, innocent and benevolent. They never got involved in politics nor do they go against the government. Even when they are groundlessly persecuted using all means of torture and threatened by death, they are still able "not to treat others the same way when they are cursed at or beaten." What is this crackdown, if it is not the greatest wrong in thousands of years? Those people like Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinhong and Luo Gan, etc., have used labels such as "state secrets" to hide the facts of the persecution that Falun Gong practitioners encountered. They labeled the world's voice of sympathy and support of justice as the "conspiracy with the overseas anti-government forces and an attempt to overthrow the socialist system." How funny and ridiculous this is! Such labels have become the laughingstock of the world. Leaders, this is not only the shame of Chinese people. It is also the humiliation of all human beings! The reason why Jiang Zemin can have the freedom to do whatever he wants to is that he holds to the pretence of "political stability outweighs anything else" and makes you mere figureheads. Because he inhumanly treats tens of millions of kind people as enemies, he is now landing himself in a very isolated predicament. History is merciless. Jiang Zemin has been put on historical trial. One perpetual truth for Jiang Zemin has been revealed to the people of the world and our offspring: Good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil. Honorable leaders, now is the historical moment for you to stand up and take action! For the future of our people and the country, please make use of your prestige and influence to stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, return justice to Falun Gong and punish the scum of a community who cruelly injure and kill people. Please genuinely carry out the principle of "rule the country by law and return the power to the people" so as to write down your own bright page in history!
