[Introduction] The Tuanhe Labor Camp received orders from Jiang Zemin to brutally torture Falun Dafa practitioners. Many practitioners were injured or disabled from the brutality. The evil scum covered their faces and did not allow the practitioners to see them during the abuse. They knew that by covering their faces, their evil behavior couldn't be exposed to the public and they were afraid of revenges they would receive from justice.
The evil scum of society resorted to all kinds of inhumane and unmatchable measures in this human world in order to torture the practitioners. They were not satisfied with the illegal 18,000-volt electric baton to vent their demonic anger but instead used a 60,000-volt electric baton to torture the Dafa practitioners.
The way that Jiang Zemin treats Falun Dafa practitioners is the agglomeration of the savageries and is despicable. In the twenty-one centuries, China has become the epitome of evilness in the human world. The ruthless and inhuman treatment even outmatched that of the "Nanjing Massacre," and in terms of being despicable and vicious Jiang surpassed Qing Hui and Wang Shi who had conspired to kill the innocent Yue Fei 800 years ago.

Record No. 1 of the Tuanhe Labor Camp Savagery-The Brutal Torture to Hu Changan
The police started persecuting practitioner Hu Changan inhumanely since he was sent to the Tuanhe Labor Camp in May 2000. They tried to force him to write a repentance letter, a guarantee letter, and materials to give the information of other practitioners. An order was handed down to the labor camp from "higher levels" stating that every detained practitioner must be transformed before the deadline, or bonuses and promotion of the involved police officers would be affected, and some might be reduced in rank. So the leaders in the labor camp unscrupulously used all kinds of illegal measures to abuse the practitioners ruthlessly. Some practitioners had been shocked for more than a day. Some suffered from being beaten in the face by the sole of a shoe, and as a result, their faces became swollen and deformed. Some could not walk normally due to the torture. Everyone had suffered some degree of torture. It was at the "exposing and critique meeting" on Falun Gong that Hu Changan suffered the first shock. He was dragged out when he raised his hand to express a different opinion. He was dragged outside, handcuffed and kicked on the ground. Many electric batons were used at the same time on his body and his head. He was shocked until his body was covered with scars.
Hu Changan suffered the second shock when he refused to join the "meeting" and bumped against the wall to protest with his life. The police ignored the injury and just handcuffed him behind the back. He was dragged out and received electric shocks for over an hour. His face became deformed and swollen due to the shocking. Yellow pus ran down his face; his face is still covered by black scars now. In addition to electric shock, he was also deprived of sleep. Once he was only allowed to sleep for several hours during a week. Everyday he and some other practitioners were not allowed to sleep until after 4:00am. At 6:00am they were forced to get up. When the police found they still couldn't be changed, they were not allowed to sleep at all. If someone closed their eyes, he would immediately be cuffed and kicked. During the day, they were forced to work.
Another punishment was to make practitioners squat for a whole day. After several days of squatting, Hu's legs and feet were severely swollen. This torture still couldn't change his belief. Police ordered his cellmates to tie Hu Changan tightly on the bed. He was tied on the bed for seventeen days, and was not allowed to use the bathroom. The police connived with the prisoners to torture him. The rope cut deep into Hu Changan's arms, broke the old scars and added new injuries. His fingers had been numb and lost their feelings for a long time. Yet, he still didn't yield. They started to use a more ferocious way to torture him. Covering his face and mouth with a bed sheet, five or six people took turns to use their fists and elbows to forcefully scrape against his chest bones. The flesh on his chest became black and he was unable to move in bed for over a month due to the severe pain. He had injuries on his head and face. For over half a month he couldn't hear anything but only loud noises; his eyes were swollen and his mouth and nose were bleeding. His lower body and the inside of his legs were stomped on by the heels of the prisoners. They burnt his feet with cigarettes. With a bench put under his waist, someone sat on his body and pressed hard against the bench. He realized his kidneys were injured when he saw blood in his urine the next day. He suffered severe pain and could not walk normally until one month later.
The police should defend justice in order to punish wickedness and to commend goodness, but they lost their conscience and brutally abused practitioners. They claimed they had transformed most of the practitioners there in order to gain more benefits and promotions. On the contrary, most practitioners in the Tuanhe Labor Camp could never be changed. The practitioners have Dafa in their hearts. Violence can only change the surface but cannot touch deep into the heart. Every effort to change practitioners will be in vain if the heart doesn't change. Our hearts have been filled with Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance that our great benevolent Teacher has taught. Any forces and means on the surface cannot change our hearts; truth can stand the test of time. Those scum who persecuted practitioners for their personal interests and their evil thoughts will be punished eventually. The truth of Dafa will be manifested in the human world soon.
Record No. 2 of Tuanhe Labor Camp Savagery-The Brutal Torture to Zhao Ming
Practitioner Zhao Ming, 30 years old, graduated from the Computer Science Department in Tsinghua University and later studied in Ireland. He was arrested when he returned to China to protect Dafa. He was sent to Tuanhe Labor Camp on July 7, 2000. At that time all the practitioners were required to be transformed, or else the labor camp cadres in charge would be fined. The cadres had talked to Zhao Ming many times but still he refused to change his mind. Once when a cadre was talking with Zhao Ming, he began shocking Zhao's body with electric batons. The prisoners tortured Zhao twice while he was detained there. The second time happened just after a cadre talked with Zhao Ming for a whole night. He threatened him, "You have to write a repentance letter even though you don't want to. I cannot guarantee your safety if you don't change. Now no one will beat you since I'm here. When I'm not here, I cannot say what will happen." After Zhao Ming went back to the prison, the inmates started to force him to do squats like in the military as a form of physical punishment. Since Zhao Ming had been on a hunger strike in the Haidian District Police Station, he was very weak. Whenever he moved a little, these prisoners would beat him on the ears, and struck his knees and heels with sticks. They made him wear long sleeve clothes and pants during the hot summer. They forced him to sit in a basin, bend his head to his feet and squeezed him under the bed. His body under the bed propped up the bed boards. So they sat on the bed. He was dragged out after 20 minutes and several people beat him together. The torture lasted for over two hours. His legs were all black and his knees were swollen. For five days he couldn't even go to the bathroom normally, and for two weeks he couldn't walk normal. The prisoners who tortured him were not punished by the law, but rather awarded by adding more points and decreasing their prison term.
Record No. 3 of Tuanhe Labor Camp Savagery-Forceful Transformation and Illegal Extension the Term
1. During the Mid Fall Holiday, the practitioners were released home for one day to visit their family. When they returned to the labor camp, those who had written repentance letters realized their mistakes. Many of them asked to withdraw what they wrote and claimed that whatever they wrote before would be annulled. Currently the labor camp has separated the practitioners into two groups: those who were "transformed" and those who refused to be. They formed a fifth team for those practitioners who refused to change their mind, and assigned the policemen who had so-called success in transforming practitioners to this team. Their deadline was to transform a certain number of practitioners before New Year's Day. The practitioners were all determined. The team leader told the rest of the police team insidiously, "It is not necessary to solve the difference in ideology with intellectual methods." Not long ago, practitioners Wei Rutan, Liu Xuecheng and others were called out. Many policemen forced them to lie on the ground with their faces up, and arms and legs spread apart. Several policemen stepped on them and used long electric batons (twice the length of a regular one) to force the practitioners to promise to write the repentance letters. The team leaders, Jiang and Zou, were directly involved in the torture.
2. Practitioner Duan Peichen's term was soon up, but the leaders in the labor camp had let out that, "If the person hasn't been transformed, his term will be extended for another three or five months." "It is a special policy made for Falun Gong." (It is an illegal decision). But Duan Peichen didn't yield to the threat. Towards the end of the year, more practitioners are to finish their terms. We practitioners and all kind-hearted people in the world will keep a watch on whether their terms will be extended.
