Around October 1 (China's National Day), when we were using picture boards on campus to reveal the truth of persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners in China, we met with members of Amnesty International and got to know them. Later, we were invited to give a presentation at their weeklong Anti-Torture activity.
Amnesty International has established divisions at many universities in Europe and America, and the major participants are students and teachers. Currently, each division has started to dedicate their efforts to this Anti-Torture undertaking. They are holding workshops, seminars and conferences to increase the awareness of the public that "torture" still exists in some countries and areas. This may be something that many of us can participate in.
