On the morning of October 31, 2005, practitioners from Kyushu and Hiroshima gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate in Nagasaki and read the Falun Dafa Association announcement of October 9 in both Chinese and Japanese. The people involved in the persecution of Falun Gong were asked to stop committing wrongdoings and to correct their mistakes.
The announcement stated, "From today on, overseas Falun Gong practitioners will file civil or criminal lawsuits against all important government or Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials who participate in or continue to implement the persecution of Falun Gong and as a result, commit new crimes in addition to those they have already perpetrated against Falun Gong."
The announcement further stated, "The CCP regime is against the
universe, and is about to collapse. It is now having difficulty
sustaining the persecution. The final judgment of these evil
criminals is imminent. However, one of the purposes of introducing
Falun Gong to the human society is to save people, including people in
all social statuses. Even
for those who have committed wrongdoings, there is still an opportunity
for them to abandon the evil path and choose to be good. For all those
who have committed crimes against Falun Gong but want now to correct
their mistakes, they can submit, under safe circumstances, a guarantee
statement or regret letter to Minghui (Clearwisdom Net) or
to any regional Falun Dafa Association to be archived. We will not
investigate the various crimes of those who are determined to correct
their mistakes. However, we will continue to monitor their actions."

Recently, when practitioners in Singapore explained the facts about Falun Gong in busy areas and subway stations, uniformed or plainclothes police followed and took photos and video footage. In front of the Chinese Embassy, practitioners practiced the exercises and sent forth righteous thoughts. Police there also took photos and video footage. Sometimes, police drove away passersby who stopped to read the truth-clarification posters. Police even wrote down their ID numbers. A police vehicle was intentionally parked in front of the posters to block the view.
Before the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s persecution of Falun Gong began in 1999, practitioners in Singapore could freely practice. But because of the CCP's threats and inducements, the Singapore government and police have treated practitioners unfairly during the last several years.

Practitioners called for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong in China and to bring perpetrators to justice in front of Chinese Embassy every day after practitioner Ms. Gao Rongrong was disfigured and killed in June this year. Initially police wrote down the practitioners' ID numbers. Practitioners explained the facts to them every time and hoped they could understand why they were appealing in front of the Embassy. The police know the facts and the practitioners, but still wrote down their ID numbers. Later, practitioners declined to give their ID numbers.
At 11:00 a.m. on November 2, I saw in front of the Chinese Embassy two police officers stopping a police vehicle in front of practitioners and their posters to block the view. One police officer took video footage of practitioners and passersby. The other police officer drove away passersby who looked at the posters and wrote down their ID numbers. One passerby asked, "Can I look at the posters?" Police told him not to interfere with their execution of public duty.

Near noon, a lady came and wanted to report to police that her boss treated her unfairly. One practitioner told the police that they should take care of their duties and not to impede the practitioners' efforts to clarify the truth. Another practitioner also asked the police to treat practitioners fairly.
After 12:10 p.m., before leaving, the practitioners urged the police not to commit wrongdoings against Falun Gong. One police officer said in a hurry, "OK. OK. You better leave soon."
